Baked Potato pizza! Anyone would surely love this since pizzas are everybody’s favorite dish. This dish is enhanced because of the rich baked potatoes and Italian dressing on it. The rest of the toppings are what we commonly love on other pizzas. This dish surely has everything! On a scale of 1-5, this recipe is a 3 in degree of difficulty but it deserves your time and effort. Follow these quick steps and enjoy this heavy, delicious meal.
Ingredients
  • 1 large prepared pizza crust
  • 3 medium potatoes, baked & cooled (unpeeled)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted (15 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (2.5 g)
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (2.5 g)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream (30 ml)
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled (338 g)
  • chopped green onion
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (200 g)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (25 g)
Instructions
  1. Lightly spray 14inch pizza pan. Place dough on pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes or just until crust begins to brown.
  2. Slice the baked and cooled potatoes into ½ inch slices. In mixing bowl, mix together margarine, garlic powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Add potatoes and gently toss to coat. Spread sour cream over pizza crust. Pour potato mixture, then bacon, onions and both cheeses as toppings.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 17-20minutes or until cheese begins to brown and bubble. Allow the potato pizza to cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Cut pizza into parts, serve and Enjoy!

Notes
You can add up some broccoli on top of it to make it vegetarian.
