- 1 large prepared pizza crust
- 3 medium potatoes, baked & cooled (unpeeled)
- 1 tablespoon margarine, melted (15 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.5 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (2.5 g)
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream (30 ml)
- 1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled (338 g)
- chopped green onion
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (200 g)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (25 g)
- Lightly spray 14inch pizza pan. Place dough on pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes or just until crust begins to brown.
- Slice the baked and cooled potatoes into 1/2 inch slices. In mixing bowl, mix together margarine, garlic powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Add potatoes and gently toss to coat. Spread sour cream over pizza crust. Pour potato mixture, then bacon, onions and both cheeses as toppings.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 17-20minutes or until cheese begins to brown and bubble. Allow the potato pizza to cool for 5 minutes.
- Cut pizza into parts, serve and Enjoy!
- Variations
You can add up some broccoli on top of it to make it vegetarian.
