  • 3 eggs, separated
  • ⅔ cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded (67 g)
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (1.25 g)
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes, leftover (450 g)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Beat the egg whites thoroughly in a bowl until bubbles are formed.
  3. Meanwhile, add the egg yolks, cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg into the bowl of mashed potatoes.
