- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk (60 ml)
- 2 cups finely shredded potatoes (350 g)
- 1/4 cup biscuit crumbs (25 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine (15 g)
- In a bowl, whip eggs until smooth in consistency.
- Stir in milk, then mix potatoes, biscuit crumbs and salt into the bowl.
- Melt the butter in skillet.
- Mix the potato mixture in skillet by tablespoons.
- Cook until golden brown, turn to the other side and cook until golden brown
- Serve it warm and enjoy
