  • 8 tablespoons margarine (120 g)
  • ½ cup sugar (100 g)
  • 3 teaspoons salt ( 15 ml)
  • 7 cups bread flour (840 g)
  • ⅔ cup oatmeal (67.5 g)
  • ½ cup potato flakes (87.5)
Instructions
  1. In your bread machine pan, place ingredients in the order that they are listed.

  3. Place dough on lightly floured surface and shape into desired loaf.

  5. Uncover dough and bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes, or until done.
  6. Remove immediately out of pan and let it cool on wire rack.
  7. Spread with butter for a soft top crust, if desired.
  8. NOTE: You can use part whole wheat flour (up to 1½ cups) as an alternative for all white flour.
  9. Serve and ENJOY!
Notes
You can add some chopped toasted hazelnuts or pecans to it to make the smell and taste more distinct.
