Even though we love them there are times when we have some leftover mashed potatoes. Either you made too much of them, you made to much food in general, people weren’t that hungry to begin with… and you have leftovers. Now common thing to do is to leave them in your fridge if someone might feel like eating them in the evening, next day.. but that almost never happens and after a few days you throw them away :). At least this is how it usually went in my house.
